The Ned McWherter Learning Resources Center houses administrative offices, including the Office of the Dean of the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences; the Instructional Technology Support Center; Photographic Services; Publications and Graphics; the Graduate Multimedia Development Center, Instructional Media Resources Center, Audio/Visual Services, the Howard Music Library, Student Teaching Office; the Baldwin Photographic Gallery. This building is also home to WMTS, a student radio station, and WMOT (89.5 FM), which is a non-profit, non-commercial public radio service of MTSU. The station is nationally recognized, professionally staffed, and is a founding member of National Public Radio.
