Observatory E

A stone structure with a lip around the ¾ of the side of the building that wraps around the left corner. There are 2 metal plates in the middle of the side with 2 circles on each plate (one inside the other) and an “X” running through each plate. On top of the building is a metal dome which has a rectangular box shape on top of the dome.
