Commercial Kitchen

As part of the 10 million dollar renovation of the Human Ecology building a fully equipped commercial food production lab was installed. This lab is used primarily for Food Service and Restaurant Administration and Dietetics courses. The lab is located next to the Food Presentation Room where students serve meals to patrons of the Catered Luncheon Series each fall semester.
