Everglades Community Center

The Everglades Community Center, designed by renowned architect and Everglades School for Girls alumna Laurinda Spear ’68, was dedicated in 2007 and is the main office building of the Middle School campus. The Everglades Community Center is a modern, open, bright space which provides a most unique developmentally appropriate experience for middle school students. The Everglades Community Center is the Middle School main administration building which houses the reception desk for the school. All visitors, parents and students may check in here for general school information. It also contains five state-of-the-art English classrooms with Harkness tables and Activboards designed to promote the pedagogy of inquiry.
