Band Room

The Middle School Band Room is the hub of the REMS Band program. All levels of band classes meet here daily and many students choose to spend time here during breaks in their day, practicing on their own or with friends. With a full assortment of standard band/percussion instruments, it also features a Promethean Smartboard and video projection, which allows students to hear and view many types of recorded performances from around the world as well as those of the REMS Band. The Band program uses SmartMusic interactive practice software for student practice and assessment and there are laptops available for students to use for practice or review during their lunch periods. The room is also used for smaller performances such as the annual TriM Club solo/ensemble recital.
