Theater

This four hundred seat auditorium serves as a classroom, theater lab and home for the Ransom Everglades Junior Thespian troupe. Over two hundred theater students work every day in this charming proscenium theater. Throughout the year, Swenson Hall hosts many school events such as poetry recitations, guest speakers, Ransom Acts of Kindness, one act performances, band and chorus concerts, talent shows and the Middle School Film Festival. Twice a year, the theater hosts all school plays; recent performances have included Into the Woods, The Wizard of Oz and A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
