Mailroom/Communications Center

The Communications Center is located in the Campus Center next to the Bookstore. It houses mailboxes for all faculty, staff, and student organizations. Campus resident mailboxes are located in their dorm. The campus switchboard is located in this department also. Other responsibilities include, receiving mail and processing shipments to and from the United States Postal Service, UPS and FedEx. The Communications Center is also the campus lost and found. The Communications Center hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, year round. They are closed Saturday and Sunday and all holidays observed by the University.Mail being dispatched from the University must be at the Mailroom no later than 2:45 pm, to allow for processing for the 3:00 pm, pickup by the U.S. Postal Service.
