Thomas G. Carpenter Library (Building 12)

The Thomas G. Carpenter Library is a 199,000-square-foot facility featuring 352 public computer workstations and over 850,000 volumes of books, journals, periodicals and media, as well as online access to thousands of journals, ebooks and research databases. In addition to group study rooms and laptops which are available for checkout to currently enrolled students, the Library provides services such as individualized instruction, online chat and research assistance. The building was named after Dr. Thomas G. Carpenter, who was the founding president of UNF.
