The Flats at UNF

The Flats at UNF is a vibrant living community for upperclassmen comprised of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The University acquired the Flats in 2014 to provide yet another housing option for students. This pet-friendly, nearly 500-bed complex offers residents resort-style living just steps from the core of campus. The complex is managed through UNF’s Housing and Residence Life and has full-time staff living on-site, as well as programming.
