Academic Affairs facilitates the critical pursuit of knowledge in an environment of civility and tolerance by providing excellent educational opportunities for all UNF students. Academic Affairs also establishes the policies that govern all aspects of academic life, including admission, enrollment and degree completion. The university’s provost also serves as the vice president for Academic Affairs and leads the University’s strategic planning efforts and the Council of Deans and Institutional Effectiveness teams. Along with the president, the provost also oversees the selection of programs for Flagship status.
