A cluster of three red brick three-story buildings with white trim surround a concrete courtyard that is broken up by landscaped plant beds around perimeter and in the middle that contain shrubs and palm trees. Metal benches are positioned near a few of the plant beds.

Osprey Crossings is one of the primary residence halls for UNF freshmen who all live on campus for their first year.
