The Dakota offers apartment-style living for sophomores and juniors. The building has three-person, four-person, and a few single occupancy units. The Dakota was most recently renovated in 2014 with updates to the bathrooms, kitchens, flooring and hallways of the building. Residents can also meet with classmates or hold study groups in the lounge on the first floor. Situated in the middle of the F Street corridor, the Dakota is conveniently located down the street from the Charles E. Smith Center and Foggy Bottom Grocery and Deli. It's also just blocks away from Lisner Auditorium and Kogan Plaza.
