District House is GW?s newest and second-largest residence hall, which connected three existing buildings into one modern, 12-story building. District House offers second- and third-year students housing options in two bedroom, four-person units, as well as studio, two-person units.

Specialized affinity housing units are also available for 16 or 20 students from approved student organizations. The building provides nearly 900 beds, including faculty and staff in-residence apartment units. District House also features ground-floor student lounge and study space, meeting rooms, a dance studio and a variety of dining options, including a coffee shop.
