Marking the 20th anniversary of Operation Desert Storm, the U.S. campaign to liberate Kuwait, Ambassador Edward ?Skip? Gnehm drew upon his personal experience as U.S. Ambassador to Kuwait to present his reflections. Ambassador Gnehm is a two-time alumnus of the Elliott School, having earned a B.A. in 1966 and an M.A. in 1968.
