Students studying and hanging out in GW Law's ?hard? lounge at hard surface dining tables and chairs and a number of benches.

This area is part of the Student Commons, providing students with space to relax between classes, study and meet friends for lunch. One part is nicknamed the ?soft? lounge because of the soft surface sofas, ottomans and chairs. Another part, behind the Information Desk, is known as the ?hard? lounge for the hard surface dining tables and chairs. Kitchens are located through the alcoves on both the east and west sides of the lounge.
