In the 2016-2017 academic year, Senator Bernie Sanders visited campus three times, including a trip to Lisner Auditorium in partnership with Washington, D.C., bookstore and coffeehouse Politics & Prose to discuss his memoir, ?Our Revolution: A Future to Believe In.? The book chronicles his life and rise to popularity among young progressives during the Democratic primary leading up to the 2016 presidential election.
