Science I Building
Science I is home to the department of Biology and has portions dedicated to Geography, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Meteorology, and Physics and Astronomy. Science I had undergone a two-million dollar renovation which now includes a 1,780 square foot planetarium that includes high-tech digital equipment such as an IMAX-type theater. This planetarium is one of four on college campus in the United States. A meteorology station, weather observatory, animal research room, biology research laboratories, two greenhouses and multiple geology laboratories are included in the Science I building.
